1. Cat Translator Pro Subscription
3-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
Try our premium cat translation features risk-free. If you're not happy with understanding your cat's meows within 3 days of subscription, get a full refund - no questions asked.
Cancellation After Trial Period
After 3 days, while we can't refund the current period, you can easily cancel future renewals. Your cat translation features will remain active until the end of your paid period.
2. Single Purchase Translation Packages
Unused Translation Credits
Get a full refund within 7 days if you haven't used any of your cat translation credits or premium features.
Partial Usage Refunds
For partially used translation packages, refunds are calculated as follows:
Refund Calculation:
Refund = Original Payment × (Remaining Translation Credits / Total Package Credits) - Processing Fee
Processing Fee: 10% of payment channel fees (minimum $1)
Minimum Requirement: At least 20% of translation credits must remain unused
